Guaranteed Delivery within 7 Working Days or we refund 50% of the costs of the goods.
Terms and conditions apply as follows:
1. The guarantee only relates to products marked up FREE GUARANTEED DELIVERY. Where the products are a 2-man or specialist delivery we contact you to arrange a specific delivery date.
2. The Guarantee only relates to orders placed on the internet through our website www.gamestables4u.co.uk
3. When you place your order we will send you a confirmation email, if you have not received the goods within 72hrs (3days) of receipt of this confirmation you MUST email us, within the 7 working days,at firstname.lastname@example.org and either attach our original confirmation order or include your order no, address and details of the product that you ordered. If you do not provide both a valid email address and the information requested, then your guarantee is invalid.
4 Once we receive your email we will check the status of the order, if we are confident that the goods will be delivered within the 7 working days we will send you a confirmation email. If we are uncertain we will arrange to courier the product to you to meet our delivery commitment.
5. In the event that you do not receive the goods within the 7 working days we will refund you 50% of the cost of the goods. In the unlikely event that you have to claim your 50% of your money back please email us at email@example.com and we will process your refund.
6. Please note the guarantee is only valid on those products that are marked FREE GUARANTEED DELIVERY if we are offering a free gift with purchase this will be sent to you separately and is not covered by the guarantee. If you have ordered more than 1 product the GUARANTEE is only valid on the product marked up FREE GUARANTEED DELIVERY
7. In the unlikely event that we run out of stock we will contact you by email or phone within 2 working days to confirm that the product is out of stock and offer you an alternative product. If you do not respond within 2 working days your guarantee is invalid.
THE GUARANTEE IS NOT VALID IF :
1. You make any changes to your order
2. If there is any query with regards to payment which delays your order being processed.
3. If we attempt to make delivery to the address stated and we are unable to make the delivery for whatever the reason.
4. If it is outside Mainland UK
5. If the goods ordered require a specialist team to install/assemble the product. In which case we will ring you to make an appointment to delivery the goods.
